General information: Our air conditioned villa is located near the town of Mahmutlar 20 min's from the main resort of Alanya. The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful setting at the base of the Taurous Mountains with superb views to the sea and the harbour in Alanya. The village of Mahmutlar also offers bars restaurants shops and has a large outdoor market on Saturdays. There is also a large Irish community in Mahmutlar with Irish bars etc. If you like walking there are plenty of nice walks for your enjoyment, the walk into Mahmutlar will take you 20 min's.
