The Olive Tree, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, just 150 paces from the beautiful beach and bay of Gundogan. Our villa is just 2 years old and is furnished to a high standard. There is one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor together with one of the 2 bathrooms in the property. There are 2 large sofas in the lounge which are suitable for children up to 12 years to sleep on. The Kitchen is well equipped with full cooking facilities, fridge/freezer dishwasher ECT plus a washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. There is also T. V. satellite, stereo and Nintendo 64 in the lounge. A/C throughout. Downstairs there is a lovely patio where you can sit and admire the gardens with a coffee, whilst upstairs there is a balcony off the main bedroom and a large terrace off the landing with table and chairs and sea and mountain views where you can while away the time with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Bodrum
