Situated in the lovely village of Mahmutlar
which is on the outskirts of the town of
Alanya. It is only a 5 minute walk to the
local shops and about 20 minutes to the
village centre at the foot of the Tauras
Mountains and has spectacular views of the
mountains and also the Bay of Alanya.
The villa has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms
and is equipped to sleep 8 people in comfort.
The lounge / Dining room is 30 Mtr sq and
is furnished to a very high standard. It
features a satellite 32” Tv with a
Home Theatre System ( Some DVD’s and
Cod’s provided ) 2 three seater sofa
beds and 2 single arm chairs. There is a
large dining table with 8 very comfortable
dining chairs and a matching sideboard,
all hand made by local craftsmen. The windows
in the Lounge are all dressed in beautiful
materials. The Kitchen is fully fitted out
with Fridge/freezer – Full Gas / Electric
Cooker – Microwave Oven – Dish
Washer- Electric Kettle – Coffee Maker
– Juicer. Etc.
The first ground
floor bathroom is en suite , equipped with
a shower unit beautifully tiled the bedroom
has twin, larger than normal single beds
, 2 Double wardrobes , 2 bedside cabinets
and a chest of drawers. The bathroom contains
a Jacuzzi where you can soak away the cares
of the day. The final room downstairs is
the second bedroom again fitted with matching
large single beds, 2 Double Wardrobes, bedside
cabinets and drawers.
The Marble staircase takes you up to the
3rd Bathroom fitted with a large Shower
and beautifully tiled
Last but not least the 3 rd bedroom (The
Master Bedroom) the bed measures 2 mtr X
2 mtr. Again there is a lot of storage for
your clothes ect. This room also has a door
leading to the roof terrace where you can
sit in the evening with a nice bottle of
wine and watch the big Turkish Sun go down.
The view of the Bay at night is amazing
with all the twinkling lights. Our villa
has a very large pool and also a separate
pool for the children and non-swimmers.
There is plenty of room on this terrace
for those who love to Sun Bathe and sun
beds, tables and chairs/ parasols etc and
barbeque are supplied for your use. Fragrant
smells come from the trees and plants in
our Garden, such as Orange, Lemon and Peach
as well as our much loved China Roses.
Prices Low season
from £400 per week - Peak season £795
P/w Extra weeks negotiable . Prices include
Villa cleaning on arrival and departure,
Transfers to and from Antalya Airport, Full
air conditioning and Pool maintenance during
holiday as well as Electricity , TV etc.
