5-unit complex, situated in Calis near Fethiye. Calis is a small beach resort with stunning views and spectacular sunsets. The area is a fantastic holiday choice as it is situated amongst the mountains and the sea, offering a lovely refreshing breeze all year round.

The atmosphere is also very informal and relaxed here, making it ideal for sun-worshippers and family holidays.

The apartment has two levels, first & second floor, comprising of: a large lounge with CD player, TV, DVD and satellite; three bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably, two twin rooms, each with a balcony and one double room; two bathrooms, one with shower and one with full-sized bathtub; an open planned kitchen and dining room, with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There are 6 balconies, all with lovely views and a built-in BBQ on the main balcony overlooking the large communal pool. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning/heating units. The complex has on site security, a built-in safe for your valuables and fitted mosquito nets. The apartment is non-smoking.

Great location!
The apartment is approximately a 25-minute walk from the beach and seafront at Calis and a 10 -minute drive to Fethiye. There are several local shops and restaurants within walking distances, and the local dolmus (bus) stops right outside the complex.

Weekly rental rates
July & August £350: May, June, September & October £300: November to April £250. All prices include cleaning. Transportation can be arranged for a reasonable rate, approximately £50 return for up to 6 people.
